User Cancellation
- More than 24 hours before booking – eligible for full wallet credit
- Within 24 hours – partial charges may apply
- Last-minute cancellations – may be non-refundable
Companion Cancellation
- Full wallet refund will be provided
- Rebooking option may be offered
