Wallet-Based Payment System
All booking payments are first credited to the RAF wallet system.
Payment Release
The amount is transferred to the companion/user account within 7 business days after successful completion of the booking.
Refund Eligibility
- Companion does not attend
- Major service issues verified
- Duplicate payments
- Unauthorized transactions
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
